Tuesday 22nd June 2026:-
Our curtain raisers – Livingston Navigators, Williamston and Linlithgow Navigators – will feature short original performances encompassing the theme of ‘Media and Technology’.
Wednesday 23rd June 2026:-
Our curtain raisers – Company 54, Company 49 and Voyagers – will feature short original performances encompassing the theme of ‘Media and Technology’.
In addition to these incredible curtain raisers each night. Firefly’s Production company will close out the night and perform ‘Anhedonic’ (12+).

In a new devised piece, we will explore the good, the bad and the ugly of media and technology. We are all addicted to our phones and are constantly scrolling but how are the algorithms shaping us? Using movement, projection and satire we will explore how our screens are making us numb and shine a light onto the audience to make them reflect on their involvement in it all. Despite having more ways to communicate than ever, genuine human connection is becoming rare.
What happens when we don’t connect?
