Firefly Arts seek a Full Time Chief Executive Officer to lead this vibrant youth arts organisation, providing quality and transformative arts experience for young people across West Lothian.

Applicants should have experience of leading arts, youth, third sector and/or charitable organisations, and have extensive financial management, fundraising, strategic partnership and staff management skills. Creative vision and commitment to quality and inclusive arts practice are important.

We’re looking to hear from artists with links to West Lothian (whether you have lived here, studied here, or worked with our communities). If you have experience workin in a community arts setting, we want to be in touch, to share news about upcoming opportunities.

A Culture Collective project, funded by Creative Scotland, West Lothian ARC is working to place arts and culture at the heart of West Lothian social and economic recovery. The project seeks to create sustainable cultural partnerships, instigate community art initiatives and provide opportunities for networking, upskilling, mentoring and employment to artists connected with West Lothian.
